ASTM F136 Titanium Helix Piercing with Internal Thread
The helix labret you see in the picture is available in several different lengths. The model also has a diamond on the front and internal thread that screws into the back bar of the labret. The fact that they are internally threaded is an advantage over an external thread, which can damage the skin around the piercing. An internal thread will prevent that from happening. A labret can be used in several piercings. The most common are the lip piercing and various ear piercings, such as the tragus or helix.
