Although this jewelry is called a triple hinged hoop, it actually has 3 individual hoops that have been welded together into one piece. However, only the middle hoop is a regular hoop. The other two hoops are missing a part, so only one hoop will go through your piercing.

The hoops come in different diameters, but they are all the same thickness, 1.2 mm. The hoops are approximately 7, 8, and 9 mm in diameter. Although the 10 mm hoop has the hinge that will go through your piercing, you need to take into account the smaller hoop in front.

The hoop is perfect for a septum piercing, for example, because the part that goes through the piercing hole is hidden and it will look like you are wearing 3 nose rings. You can also wear it in your ear, depending on your anatomy and the size of your piercing.

You can open and close the hinge part by pulling it up. It has a hinge on one side, so you won't lose the clasp part of the jewelry when you put the hoop on or take it off. Once you have it in place, push the clasp back by clicking it into the hoop. It can be a little tricky at first, especially if you have the piercing inside your ear and don't have anyone to help you.
