Like all tattoo machines in the SOL family, the SOL Luna is equipped with a high-quality BLDC motor and an optimally balanced drive mechanism. The results are more durable and reliable machines that operate with less vibration with the same stroke.
The innovative motor concept has been further enhanced by a revolutionary feature: an operating mode switch. By turning this mode switch on the unit's connection box, you can switch between two operating modes: the new stable mode, which guarantees a constant stroke and stitch frequency in all situations, and the sensitive mode, in which the frequency and stroke of the tattoo machine react to the surface tension of the skin.
The SOL Luna allows for a 25Hz operating frequency, which is ideal for dot work and pepper shading techniques. With its 2.5mm stroke, it is the perfect tattoo machine for smooth transitions, black and grey shading and color realism work.
