SECURITY DEVICES

1. Circuit breaker.
   Protects the equipment from any possibility of power supply failure.
   Action: Interrupt the power supply.
2. Thermal circuit breakers.
   Protection against possible short circuits and possible overheating in the primary network of the transformer.
   Action: Temporary interruption (until the temperature has dropped) in the winding.
3. Safety valve.
   Protection against a possible increase in pressure inside the chamber.
   Action: Steam escape until a normal pressure level is restored.
4. Micro switch to control the door status.
   Exercise control over the door adjustment to be able to start a sterilization cycle.
   Action: Transmits the signal to alert about the incorrect position of the door.
5. Thermostat for the heating resistors in the steam generator.
   Protection against possible overheating of the heating resistors in the steam generator.
   Action: Interrupts the power supply to the heating resistors in the steam generator.
6. Thermostat for the heating resistors in the chamber.
   Protection against possible overheating of the heating resistors in the chamber.
   Action: Interrupts the power supply to the heating resistors in the chamber.
7. Self-leveling hydraulic system.
   The hydraulic system will return to its natural pressure if the sterilization cycle is manually interrupted.
   Action: Internal pressure will be restored automatically.
8. Door lock
   Effective protection to prevent accidental opening of the door.
   Action: Prevents the door from opening using a hydraulic locking system.
